Description
This is a watercolor painting I did some years back for the movie "Howl's Moving Castle" by my hero Hayao Miyazaki. It's my favorite of his I think. It's of my favorite scene in the movie, where Sophie watches the stars fall to the ground.
People who read the book that the movie was based on will recognize the title, as it comes from a famous poem that was used as a plot device in the book. It's a lovely poem (though a little abstract and hard to understand), so look it up!
I can't remember the author, otherwise I would include it....
