Illiana returned to the Class to start her next lesson, ever since the last one when she was able to do some fire magic by herself, she had been pretty excited to get back here. Even with a few mishaps and one student even seriously hurting himself with a tool from the Forge.

As soon as the large Quad teacher had mentioned they would be working with gold, Illiana's eyes lit up as much as the forge fires themselves. What a beautiful material to work with, all that jewellery she could never afford herself. Why she was beyond excited to see what she could do.

Getting a hot clump of mixed gold put before her to try melting, she watched the shining and reflective surface for a moment before trying to focus in on it.
Though, this was much harder then the last lesson. Focusing on the beautiful clump again, trying her hardest to get it melting, but it was still in its current form, she could swear it was only getting colder before her hands which she kept distant from fears of burning herself.

Looking around for some guidance, she looked up and across the class before her to try and find one of the teachers, her eyes instead meeting a nearby students who had been glancing her way, as soon as her eyes locked to theirs, she then watched the distracted students hands by the golden glob before him, starting to emit a sizzle?
His hands had melted the material so quickly and suddenly when she had turned to face him that the gold had turned into a brilliant liquid upon the table.

It was... Impressive to see them accumulate so much heat so quick, and she thought it might of helped her solve the problem.
"Hey, thank you, I think you helped me!" she says to him before turning back to her own gold glob. Using her tactic to increase her body temperature first like she had learned last time, she then focused that temperature into her palms on the gold metal and beamed a smile when it started to warp and shape beneath her claws! She had done it!
