Description As soon as Alana had helped out the town fighting the Deelagun... There wasn't a long period of celebration.

No.

As soon as black dots had been noticed along her spine, she had been stolen away from her wish to return to her family and instead placed in some kind of confinement for 'the sick'.
At first, she did not understand, but as some days go by and she grew restless and sicker, she understood she had been infected by a terrible plague, and there was a very real chance that she might die.
She had seen a few gone now and she was terrified she would be next, never getting to return to mother or father, or see any of her little beloved siblings ever again.

She sat on her bed, surrounded by the sick and hurting, wrapping the small blanket provided around her and holding it around her thin frame, she was weak and she felt her hands shaking.

Here it comes, another one...
Alana hunching forward as another volley of painful coughs escaped her mouth along with the dribble of black ooze, so painful it had her throat dry and eyes all teary so the world was a black smudged blur.

Convulsing until finally it let up and she took painful gasps of air, wiping the black away from her snout. 'I'm so scared... I was trying to help... I just wanted to see mother and father again' she thought in her despair.

Chii she wanted to see her family so much right now, but she had not known, Chii was listening...

The light of yet another day, spent with her in this pop up sick camp that she was in, so many sick, so many dying, the sickness took no mercy for the young and old, it spread to whomever it wanted to.
Exploring the tents was one of the most depressing things the yellow Gro had decided to do, but she just couldn't stand being on that bed by herself any longer, waiting to die.

She felt if she was moving around, it made her feel better, cough less and keep her mind distracted long enough to not submit to pessimistic thoughts. To not give up hope on living.
So long she walked, the quarantine got bigger every day with new Gro being rushed in. Beds being filled, medicines being used, some beds being emptied for more Gro to fill again.
She hadn't seen anything like it in her life.

It wasn't until she camp into the next tent that Alana had stopped dead in her tracks. Right there by the entrance to this tent, there was a bed and upon that bed, there was...

"Mother..." she whispered in disbelief to herself. No, it was her, there wasn't anyone who carried the same beauty as her mother.
"Mother!" she said clutching the blanket around her shoulders and going over to where the Teal Gro lay, looking so happy to see her, then see not only her, but two of her siblings as well. T-Bag! Kelpie!
Her delight faded when she reached her mothers side. Realisation sunk in, cold, sharp realisation that came in the visual form of seeing black stain the faced of her family.

"Alana" her mother had said, it was a rasp, but still held all the love of the world. "we were so worried" she had added.

Alana's face had no emotion on it as her mother spoke, in that moment she had felt so blank. Her family was sick too, her wish and desire to see them ironically came true, she has seen them, but now there were with her here, sick.

The yellow Gro coming back to her senses soon had come and moved her arms around her mothers neck in an embrace, even if they were all sick, guiltily, she was so happy to see them here, someone she knew and loved. Feeling her mother flinch a little had her quickly break the embrace. Seeing scratches lacerating her mothers neck.
"Mother, what has happened?" she fret, trying to keep quiet so she didn't wake the young ones, even though the Coatala that was laying there gave her a suspicious stare, it didn't look like it was going to leave the families side any time soon.
"And where is father?" Alana had added, sitting down on the edge of the bed, her mother giving her an explanation while Alana got the blanket from around her and threw it over her family to keep them all warm, all together.

When one fish is sick, All fish are sick. Poor fish family >x<
Its kinda a response to whats happening now lol, just a little late~

Alana got her wish in the most ironic way possible, now her thoughts go out for the remaining family of hers out of the quarantine.
