Tai charged at Rodrick with a flashing speed. Rodrick was too scared to move. However, Rodrick's close call came in when Tai was suddenly hit with Mud Slap. He almost fell down but quickly picked himself up. Rodrick avoided Tai almost falling right on top of him. Tai was then hit by Tackle and completely fell to the ground. Rodrick looked up, and has he did, Ponco jumped on Tai's head and looked down at him.

Rodrick smirked " Thanks, Meatloaf " he looked down at Tai as he lays flat on the grass. " A-Are you okay, Rodrick? " Ponco asked since he is worried if Rodrick got hurt by any chance. " Eh, I'm fine. That was a close call there. ". " Y-Yeah, I kinda had the feeling you were in trouble ". Rodrick responded with slight humurous tone " Aha! I always get into trouble! Anywho, lets hot-tail out of here~ ".
Both Rodrick and Ponco left while leaving Tai flat on the ground...

As they are both still fleeing, Ponco asks out of curiosity " So what happen between you and Tai? ", Rodrick tried not to think about anything of what Tai has said to him. However, he is deeply worried about a new problem, " Ponco... Tai is not my concern as of now. We have a real problem. ". Ponco raised an eye brow " What is it? ", he said as he looks straight at him.
Rodrick grits his teeth " My gang... is here. With them around, no apprentice is safe... ".

Rodrick was lucky enough to have Ponco around to show up and fend for him.
Oh, and Rodrick finally called Ponco by his official name

Anywho, when Rodrick said " No Apprentice is safe " that actually means his gang can cause brutal damage to anyone they step on.
More likely to cause havoc in the Guild.

And this is the first time that Rodrick becomes worried about a real problem. Because his gang actually causes nothing but destruction and damage. Or even just pain to a Pokemon.
