It is. I bought the paper yesterday in a Dutch shop here in Germany. Normally the cat should have been on another background, but ... then I saw this dog and thought it would be fantastic to combine the dog with the cat and the bird I cut for the other idea.
Now I have got enough paper to make lots of these cards.
