Happy Birthday to the creator of SpongeBob SquarePants and creative director of Rocko's Modern Life, Mr. Stephen Hillenburg!Rocko and SpongeBob both are my childhood. Stephen was my childhood inspiration and he had so many talents, and he is no longer living this planet. The first time I watched SpongeBob I was approximately 1. I recently watched Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling and it was amazing. Stephen and Joe both worked on Rocko's Modern Life together this is why SpongeBob is related to Rocko.
