Nicely drawn! I'm digging the monocle and the white ruffles at the neck. The little detailing of the buttons and the ruffles are great, and you did a great job at shading the face. I'm getting a very steampunk vibe from this picture, and I think that's also because of the long hair and the gear-like shapes in the background to the left.
You asked for constructive criticism. Everything pretty much works for me in this piece...except for the outer-wear. The hat and the overcoat feel a little bit off. For the coat, it might be the shading of the folds - they feel very rounded and wrinkly - but in a skin kind of way. Like a one of them hairless sphinx cats. And a bit bulky. I'm not super sure what the real issue there is, but my gut reaction is to want to expand the canvass and then outline the entire torso and arms under the clothes to check if it's the anatomy, or an illusion created by the shading. The other bit is the hat. Again, not super sure why, but it feels too big. Again, could the the shading, or the way the shadows merge into it making it feel wider than it really is.
I hope this helps in some small way. Good luck drawing in the new year!
