Description PHEW!! Finally finished this I did the sketch back in September I think ><

This is the character of !! And she was really fun to color...except for the hair...I hate the hair for some reason. Even after getting help, it's still kinda stiff, but I got sick of looking at it because I colored it like a million times ><;;

I only like the clothes *3* Plus, I'm trying out a new style with the colors, so tell me what you think about that ^^

And yea...it looks very "Halloween-ish" but it's not meant to be. She looks kinda goth, so that's why the bats and webs are there Ooooh how creative

i am sooo behind in comments, I'm sorry!! anyways, I wanted to comment on the left leg; it bends kind of weird. muscles may change but the bones dont... XD... if you want a sorta flexible 'bendy' look like that, go for the feet instead, not the legs, okais? at least from that angle, there would be no muscles protruding enough to make a 'bendy' look like thats anyway, that was my super-fast critique! I love her outfit, haha X33 and the colors rock too. mmyes
oh if you want some advice on the hair, I'd say not to make the colors/shiny parts all at the same 'level' in plane. i can tell that you've tried to make changes in where you place the lighting (in some areas and not in others), but sometimes, it makes it seem a little flat if the highlights go across the hair in the same way. it's more noticeable in the 'flowing down' part of the hair, not where her skull's hair is (this making sense? lol >.< ). I mean, especially when hair is down and free flowing like that, there is barely the exact same shadows/highlights in it, as it would be if you were wearing a tight ponytail and how the highlights would look on your head... wow, that sounded like a whole lot of gibberish! ^^ lol!

I realize these muscle things a tad bit too late But it was also an old sketch that I never really wanted to fix up ~<~ *laziness strikes again!!* But yea...I get what you mean

Ok, so for the shine, I should make it looks more wavy or something, instead of straight-on?? Cause I know it makes it look even more stiff >< I think I kinda get it XD I've always been confused about how to apply shiny stuff on hair and such ><;;

yeah, it's weird to imagine at first, I guess. First imagine where the light source is coming from, along with what 's in the way of the light (creating shadows) and what it the most 'toward' the light (to create highlights). think of each chunk of hair as it's own seperate shape. Once the chunks get smaller and smaller, you get more detail C:

Well, I kinda just stuck to what the character originally work, and she didn't have those frilly things But that's good advice for later goth-like pictures, even though I don't really draw those ><

You did a wonderful job here!! I see a big change in this piece, maybe your style improved a bit? But her face looks really good. The boldness of the colors is magnificent.

Yea...the hair was annoying But the new style is really about the colors, it's more brighter. I might do some other pictures in this style since you guys liked it
