Yes, I drew it out, outlined it with pen, then colored it with colored pencil. ^^

like I said, mine all look terrible. BUT! I really want to get good after seeing yours so I shall practise some more!
Any tips? Pencil brand, what to look up, etc?

Well try to evenly color the picture by doing short and close strokes, like don't try to color the whole picture in a rush or anything, because then you could see your strokes and it would be hard to cover up. And what I do to create shades is either a darker tint of the same color or use the color's opposing color instead of gray or black, like the opposite of green is red, so I used red to make some of the darker shades on the green. A color wheel would help a lot for that. It would help if you know where the light source is so you can shade consistently, and don't think in one color, think in lots of colors that make a picture. For instance I used blue for his arm shades, because I felt like it would make it more vibrant, plus shades are not always made of just greys. For colored pencil brand I literally used crayola with Drewent brand colored pencils, so really it doesn't matter, but the more expensive pencils blend better. If you want, check out my video that I made of me coloring this pic. It might help, even though video sucks since it was one of my first ones and I kinda took out alot of parts to make it shorter ^^ [link]

Wow... Thank you so much!!
I really struggle with colour sometimes, if I'm being honest.
I might print out a colour wheel for reference when I'm drawing
Thank you again!!

No problem! And don't worry, it takes practice and experimenting. You can experiment with things to see what you like best, once you get the basics down. And good luck! Btw I love your Digital coloring! :*
