Just a piccy of Mitzi with my friends character Zoltan ^^Lineart was done in Artgrounds but the time ran out before the reset, so i took it into photoshop and coloured it. I then opened an oldish background file that I had made for something at university a while ago and stuck that in as the background seeing as I couldn't think of a good one...
(I know the shadows arent facing the correct way, but the bg was a last minute thing so sorry) XD

Normally I just admire the characters on an image, but this background really stands out, it is indeed good, with all the shading and grass texture. This is super cute, I love the fur detail on each character!

You could take the background image, seeing as you said it was seperate before you put it in, and flip it horizontally. That would make the shadows go the right way.

MS Paint is what I use often to flip and invert images. For Paint just open the background in that program, go to Image - Flip/Rotate - Flip Horizontal.
In Photoshop, open the image there, go to Image - Rotate - Flip Horizontal.
