Okay let me tell you why Saiya is nakey...
You see she tranceformed into her wolf demon and Naruto helped her change back and the only way to do that is through extrem emotions or extrem pain, so that's why she is covered in blood. It's her own.
Now Naruto doesn't like hurting Saiya but at the time that was the only way to change her back.
And she is naked because when she changes back, well, I think you get why... >3>
