may I ask ...are you painting it from a photo or you go in to the wilde and paint from nature ?

I do both. In this case it was from a photo...it's 4 ft x 6 ft( a little tough to paint on location, lol). I do small studies when I can and then do larger studio paintings. Because of health issues it's hard for me to get to certain places I want to paint, so then I paint from a photo ( with permission!)
