I’ve had a rough sketch of Lydia and the maitlands since 2019, but I was never happy with it. I knew I could be better but just couldn’t figure out how to illustrate it the way I see it. Few years later I attempt at it again and I’m so happy with this. I feel every time I draw a fan art of the Beetlejuice musical, I improve more and more. And it challenges me to do more in concepts.This one was fun to play with lighting and shadow, to give that spooky feeling.
