Doug's been Oak River’s sheriff for over 30 years now. Living in town for all his life. Back in his youth, he witnessed and through word of mouth some of the odds goings-on here and there, but only recently has that ball REALLY gotten rolling and having to deal w/ some of the bizarre situations and strange oddities that show up in town every other week; all of which has in some form or other involve Billy and Sarah in the mix. Practically like flies to a dead animal. He starts to be rather desensitized to their outrageous shenanigans as time progressed.
Henry Talbot, a.k.a. the Wolf Man (www.deviantart.com/artmakerpro… ), under encouragement from Billy and Sarah, regularly sees Doug on a monthly basis to be placed in a holding cell by the time of his werewolf transformation until the full moon passes.
