A fairytale-based project collaboration between me and my good friend Illord titled, “Journey Through The Woods”, (Alt. Titles being “Journey Through The Forest” and “Life’s A Fairytale”). Go and check out his end of the collab over on his page. The whole gimmick for this concept being that all the characters, other than Beth and all humans, are animated/cartoon characters. Much like the old films of the day (Mary Poppins, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Incredible Mr. Limpet, etc.)

In the first story (or Season 1, Story 1 or S1) , it centres around Beth, a human teenager, finding herself lost in a strange forest inhabited by fairytales characters. She forms a companionship a few as they journey through the dark woods. All the while being stalked by the Big Bad Wolf.

Next, in S2 set two years later, her adventures this time is a loose adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen’s “Snow Queen”. We follow Beth’s journey up the snowy mountain of the Queen of the Snow Bees w/ her cartoon/animated friends old and new.

Now by S3 it's been a few month and in this season another of Hans Christian's stories, the Little Mermaid, is the focus.
