No problem. Yes, this is indeed done with watercolour. There are a little use of colour pencils and chalk as well, but not much. You can achieve this effect by using the hard brush, don't know how to explain more detailed. This work for example ( Sad  ) is done ONLY by watercolour and nothing more.

Да не за что) Времени не было ответить, приношу глубочайшие извинения) Аххааа, ну про дурака - это сильно сказано))) Как я это делаю, мне как в принципе трудно объяснить, не первый раз меня об этом спрашивают)))
