Thats actually not far from the truth, but its more likely the forest of Mother Hulda
This image was taken on the Meißner, a mountain in central Germany near Kassel (hometown of the Brother Grimm).
Legends say that Mother Hulda lives on the mountain, or at least the stories of Mother Hulda came from this region in Germany.
