I think I have settled on her design? Maybe?Anywho, she uses her 'wing fins' much like a flying fish. She can fold them in under water for more speed or keep them spread for lazy swimming. She can also propel herself out of the water and use them to glide long distances above the water surface. Three characters down, 10 to go.
