Awesome, but you need to add something for scale, as it is right not, it somehow looks like a scale model, than a epic village of epic proportions.
One thing you can do; your waterfalls need more detail, the smaller it is, the more perfect the water stream looks, and the larger it is, the foamier and messier it gets. Look at your background waterfall, it tells me that it's larger because it's all messy. The damn ones look like something from my faucet x3
Motion blur is your enemy when doing waterfalls too, you need that detail, that...Slowness of falling water, you go to the Niagaras and see just how slow the whole waterfall is and realize. "Damn that's so big, 9.8m/s looks slow."

Yeah you're right about the true scale not showing properly. For a concept piece I figured the time spent for getting all the details in everywhere wasn't worth it for just showing off the design of the building. Had an urge to move on!
