Such a powerful picture. Maybe some details are missing (her legs could be a little more curved), but the most important part is surely the message and, in this case, it really strikes to the heart. Well done!
However, I am a optimist. I am sure that this anguish and this sadness will be soon replaced by hope, certainty and happiness. I like to think that, when Shepard will wake up from his coma (it's the least that can happen, after what he has experienced), she will be right there by his side. And THEN, tears will be shed; but they will not be for sadness.

Synthesis I assume? or a remnant of energy could be left over from the burst and that reconstitutes Shepard - healed and healthy, perhaps even without the cybernetics.

I have my own interpretation for that: a fragment of the Catalyst intelligence remains, its final purpose to be reconstituting Shepard as... a gift to the one who was willing to make the final decision to end all conflict.

There is also still the Shepard VI. If Shepard's essence became part of all Synthetics to make them partially organic, then the VI would be among them. In which that would mean that the Shepard VI has become a living Shepard. And if the original Shepard's essence is part of the VI, then technically speaking, Shepard himself should be reincarnated.

No worries! Umm, because I actually enjoyed the face of the canon Tali that Bioware gave us. Until I realised that it was made from a stock photo. In the codex it was said quarians looks closest to humans too.

yea i know i guess its all up to interpritation but i never understood why so many artist have taken that to mean they look like humans with with only two fingers and one thumb and diff feet and skin color but basically human. and not maid her and others more alien, humanoid.

Yeah, agreed. I have the ME3 artbook and I was really pissed they didn't use any quarian concept they had! But for this I just went for the canonical version after drawing a little. hahaha

Yeah, I like the top one. There are so much nice faces that bioware actually had concepts of. Too bad they didn't choose those. And worse is the stock photo. =/

Thank you! But it was supposed to be a random pose at first but I realised it was quite pointless to have a pinup picture of Tali because there are alot out there which is way way way better than what I can do so i went for the more emotional side.

I think her legs(shinbones) should be curved more, now looks too human-like. Otherwise it's great, good job.
As for Harby, I think he didn't shot down the Normandy simply because he didn't want to kill Shepard. Can't come up with any other reasonable, non-plot-hole-ish explanation.
But yeah, that scene was one of the few great (yet sad) things EC brought.

No, I seriously think he didn't want to kill Shep, he wanted to indoctrinate him. That's why he stopped shooting completely during that scene, because everyone were cramped up around the Normandy, and destroying it at that point would also kill Shepard. When Normandy starts to take off it's still hoovering over Shepard so the same result would ensue. After that it's no longer a threat and he refocuses on the soldiers charging the beam again. And then of course he indirectly hits Shep to cripple him and weaken his mind to try and complete the indoctrination, resulting in that horrible ending we got.

Hahaha! I thought the indoctrination theory was awesome. Too bad the devs thought otherwise. It could have been so much darker and mature instead of the continued multicoloured ending. But I'm kinda glad that they did the extended cut.

I'm gonna stay hopeful till the very last DLC, but Bioware won't see any more of my money until then, and unless some quality Indoctrination DLC pops out it's gonna stay that way.

Well, I think general the diversity of ME3 content depending on your pre-ME3 actions was minimal. + the mostly pre-defined dialogues. It just wasn't right. The RGB ending that was completely independent on your previous actions in the trilogy, which was the exact opposite of what they were promising, was just last drop. And of course how they decided to reveal Tali's face... No, Bioware, just no.

haha totally agreed with you for all of them! Even if Shepard was to lose, we know that there would be different outcomes which would make the ending even better, like if we had high EMS, we would win at little cost. If average, we would win, at a large cost, and if low EMS, we lose, but the next cycle would have a better chance. I wished it were like that, with crewmates and ex teammates being shown in cutscenes. That would be awesome! But no. =/

That's what I had in mind originally, endings being direct consequences of our actions throughout the trilogy, not any kind of choice that is detached from the rest of the series both in content and its themes.
Those would be the endings Bioware promised, not distinguishable as A, B, C because it would reflect all the actions we made, not just the last one.
Also it would have been nice if gathering the fleets had direct effect on the battle for Earth, not just numbers in EMS.
