In a way, she was one of the lucky ones. She fought and died defending what she believes in. Zurgo has been reduced to being a bell ringer who's threatened and humiliated by the dragons on a regular basis, Sidisi has been reduced to an undead slave and Surrak now hunts food for Atarka (at least he went from punching bears to punching dragons in the face). The only one who benefited from the new timeline was Narset.
