Oh that's cool for reals! I'd love to come up with my own concepts and ideas and then hire people to make it. You know? I'd love to make a hack and slash action game. Full body (no camera over the back like in Resident Evil or God of War 4), combos on the ground and on the air (Like in DMC or Neir:Automata), platforming (like in 3D Mario games) have RPG elements too. Making a Video game is no easy task yes. But I'm sure it helps alot if you got a crew together no? People who are good at designing and developing games.
I've studied game development before myself. I used Python but I just worked on Pixel games that's all. But I don't mind doing some research on 3D action game development to gain a better understanding.
I guess me talking about this topic made me mad/upset/riled up about how much success the recent God of War game has been and how I'm not really a fan of it's gameplay. Making me that much upset that I wanna make my own game. Hahaha talk about a sad and pathetic reason why to make a video game huh? To rival someone else's? But at the same time I've always wanted to make a game when I was a kid. But I myself wanna focus on art and animation. You should do what you please too~ Again sorry for the random questions and such a large response.

I've had thoughts on doing concept art and ideas on making a certain video game. Maybe I'd hire people Β to make one the best they can. It's a maybe.
Yeah I just don't want to be negative about it. Yes I dislike the new God of War's new gameplay but I don't want my "hatred" for it to be my motivator. Same with other certain video games that people enjoy but I don't at all. As much as I'd love to make a better video game, I don't want my "hatred" for certain games to be my motivator to make a video game. Video games are ment to be fun. Not for everyone but some video games try to me. If I ever do make a game I wouldn't make it for everyone, just for those who enjoy certain aspects, elements, mechanics that other games have done but different. I can't please everyone you know?
