Description
This is my half of an art-trade with , in which I was to draw her Myst persona with Sirrus.I figure the title of this piece could be said by either of the characters, cause I mean, while the Sirrus fans have been drooling ever since they laid eyes on him in the first Myst game, Sirrus himself would probably be feeling rather differently about the Stranger (the player) during the looong years between the first game and the fourth...
Even though he does see you in the game and... doesn't recognize you. Oh well. He should!
I hope you like it *shoomlah , I was having the hardest time coming up with a concept for this picture! As a result my sketchbook is now full of your character, and there's a rather random comic featuring you and Sirrus that I will be posting shortly (it was so random that I didn't think I could really count it as my half.
). Your persona is quite fun to draw, but unfortunately she's not really showing her personality here, not looking the slightest bit cynical...And I think it's significant that the whole time I was coloring Sirrus, the Iron Man theme was going through my head.

Freckles! I love characters with freckles. Also, her hair is awesome. You did a really good job with the color on this one. (Not that you don't always do a good job...)

I really love your Sirrus, you really managed to capture him the way he is! and *shoomlah 's persona sure looks like a great MYST character.
I didn't know that Sirrus don't recognize the stranger in Revelation! I thought that he does recognise but was trying to use him to lure Atrus to Srenia and then have revenge on both.

Okay, so unlike most fans, I never found Sirrus attractive. That is, until now. Who would have thought a stylized drawing of him would have made me think "wow...he's...cute!"

I never had much of a like for him either. Call me crazy but the overall villainy kind of turned me off.
I must say though that I was quite pleased with the way these profiles turned out!

I saw that movie the other day with my sister. Two thoughts on it:
1) Bloody brilliant.
2) When's the (censored) sequel coming out already?!?
