Description
I find that a lot of my drawings tend to have the characters standing in a pretty static and sterile position. I've been trying to work on adding expressions to their faces and trying varying poses which can be a little difficult with quadrupeds like the characters from MLP. I'm rather excited for the upcoming movie in October and one of the scenes that interests me in the trailer, is seeing Sia's character "Songbird Serenade" dance with other characters. It made me wonder how exactly would a quadraped character dance? So to tackle my issues with drawing characters with facial expressions other than a closed mouth or a sneer, I'm going to do a series of drawings practicing varying different facial expressions and poses just to see what I can come up with.

So here's my take on twilight "doing a little shake"
