Title: Planet XMedium Stainless Steel
Dimensions: 900 mm x 180 mm x 55 mm
Planet X (Solar Series) is an original artwork, the first in the solar series. It comprises of hand cut and etched stainless steel disks that are mounted on stainless steel rods that radiate from a hand cut and etched coloured center Sun. Mounted over a stainless steel, hand etched silver background.
This piece is representational of the Sun, at the center of the solar system, with the approach of the foretold arrival of planet X (Nibiru), related to the Mayan prophesy, of the life changing event of 2012.

it's totally amazing how you separate and draw each metallic layer into a fabricated pattern with distinctive hues that seem to radiate straight from the materials molten hearth.....the patterned designs and the glossy hues dance with individually over harmonious space like gravitational tones delicately measured out for transmitting sonic, vibrational stories.....
