That's... pretty self-explanatory as far as describing what you see.I drew it while seeing ....[insert sax-player's name i can't remember here] play at our local country club. Not exacly related, but that doesn't matter, it was still nice music.
As far as my opinion... well, at least this is the best Kirby drawing I've done (at least in detail), as I haven't drawn him in many months. I was trying some okay shading, but I got too impatient toward the end, as it was a hot day and I was receiving direct sunlight with a fairly dark shirt on.
I'm hoping to upload another drawing VERY soon, it's just not quite done yet and doubt I'll finish it before I leave.

Awesome, I love the dark shading on this. You really have a nice gradient of tones, and the perspective instead of being straight forward is very interesting, and really helps make the piece appealing.
I love the shadows, it really grounds the piece, and you have a consistent light source which makes it realistic. The movement and energy of the wave helps the image as well. Between the perspective and the wave it's a very eyecatching piece!

He's so very cute, the expression and the shading are just wonderful. You're really getting better. 
...by the way, he'd go under Fan Art, since you're drawing a character which is not your own.
