Because they are white with blue eyes, a combination I'm not exactly thrilled about, with nothing else distinguishing their form from that of the Night Fury. It just reminds me too much of the cheap recoloring tactics applied in too many a fan character.

I couldn't agree more :'D She just seems like a cheap knockoff of Toothless. It makes it seem like DreamWorks pushed themselves to the limit to make a "feminine" version of Toothless, when it wasn't needed. There are plenty of other female dragons in the series that aren't all sparkly and cute, they could've done something so much more similar to his initial design and it would've hit just as well.

I haven't seen it yet either, so I can't say for certain, but from what I have seen, it doesn't look too high brow haha
