Dehydration (hypohydration) is the removal of water (hydor in ancient Greek) from an object. In humans, dehydration can be caused by a wide range of diseases and states that impair water homeostasis in the body. Prolonged physical activity without consuming adequate water, especially in a hot environment.

Thats the one I was thinking of too. Dali had a very unique point of view (I know that that sounds like something someone would say when they can't think of anything nice to say!) that has alway made me think again. Always a good thing

that's pretty awesome - and conceptually staggering...
a few notes - there are a couple of places where layer blending looks a little funny (on your big dunes, and by the mines, where they seem to disappear). Also, your smoke has halos from blending.
but pretty friggen sweet and beyond my abilities, for damn sure.
