Introducing Rosie, Carla's younger sister!
There's a private school in the neighborhood they live in, and i drew them in the uniform. Carla actually doesn't attend the school anymore (here she is 15, or a freshman in high school, and over the course of the story she's 17-18) but Rosie, a sophomore, still does. (So the drawing is past Carla and present Rosie, if that makes sense ). There's quite a difference between the two...Carla, while a good student in terms of grades, was rebellious and got into trouble a lot, while Rosie is nearly 'perfect' in every way.

The texture on their skirts is from ibis paint, i decided to try experimenting with the free-to-use patterns. You'll see that in the next one as well
