Description Here's a tutorial on how to create blood splatter on GIMP. I did a lot of experimenting today on how to do it since I normally use Adobe photoshop nowadays.

Please tell me if you see any mistakes. Also comment if something doesn't make sense to you. Pleas excuse the bad example. It killed me because of my lack of patience tonight.
