Nice piece!!! I really like the color palette that you used here, the contrasting colors really pop against each other but the colors still look natural, not forced which is really nice! I also like Harley Quinn's pose and expression here, it really suits her personality and character. The only thing I would critique on is your values and structure of the faces. The values are pretty low contrast especially in the facial areas and it's kind of making the faces look flat! Try taking a darker color and using is to form the shadows on the face to make it look more 3d and less flat! Otherwise, I really like this! Nice work and keep it up!

It actually looked darker on my tablet, but once i switched over to my screen and uploaded, it was too light.
SO I actually took the time to change some settings, so hopefully my next artwork is better
