Belldandy Playful at the Beach, Side ViewShe is a heavily customized, resin garage-kit (GK) figure that I built and painted. For those who do not recognize the character, she is the Goddess of Present Belldandy from the manga Ah! My Goddess (character copyright: Kousuke Fujishima).
The figure is 1/8-scale, measuring 3.5 inches tall and 7.0 inches long. She is entirely hand-brushed by me.
The project started way back in 2006. With encouragement from my friends at e2046 forum [link] , I was able to finish painting her for the E2046 Summer Contest 2008.

The figure is heavily customized from a "garage kit," which is a kit of cast resin parts. If you are interest, I have a picture that shows some of the work-in-progress details on the modifications I made to the kit.

From what I can see though, it looks fantastic. I love the shading you did on her hair where it has been pulled and tied up
