Personality: Risa is known to be slightly flirty in her actions and words. She likes to lightly tease people and can be cheeky at times and can be eccentric, extremely superstitious and sometimes even dubbed crazy. Partly due to sometimes breaking up fights at the diner she works at, She is also a fiesty person and although she is not a fighter,she would not hesitate to take someone down if they insult or hurt her friends and herself. Although she does have a flirty demeanor, touch her in an inappropriate way and would go all out on that said person. She does have a strange imagination and even daydreams about romantic scenarios in her spare time. She is also really open and doesn't care about the bad things that people say to her. If someone did hurt her friends, she would actually chase and track down the person and give them a piece of her mind. Despite all of this, she is extremely loyal, honest and trustworthy and can speak her mind, but sometimes it's speaking her mind that sometimes can offend people and make a misunderstanding, but she does feel extremely guilty when she finds out she has offended someone. Even though she might have the looks that all guys would want in a woman, she doesn't do flings and believes in holding out for the right guy.

Risa lives in Satan City and works everyday as a waitress in a diner. Throughout her life, she had dreamed of becoming a top class famous chef, but working at a diner was close and good enough for her for now.

- It is mentioned by Risa that she likes a guy who is strong, loyal,, likes her the way she is, honest and would actually join her in her crazy antics and hunting people down, or even getting help at stopping the fights at the diner. She also does have a soft spot for the silent and intimidating, but protective and sweet in the inside.

- Risa is quite superstitious. she jokingly blames ' phantoms and ghosts ' for causing most of the mess at the diner

- She also likes to call herself a match maker. She would try to match couple together and set them up.
