Merry Christmas, everyone! I finally got to play around with my Copics and drew something pretty. For this piece, I wanted to do something simple and elegant while focusing on the position of the character on the canvas—I tend not to leave myself much room when drawing on a traditional canvas, and one of my artistic goals for now is to use canvas area effectively.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nicely her face turned out, and the fur has a lot of dimension thanks to the coloring. The one thing I would change are her hands; I tried to make them look realistic and they ended up looking a bit on the manly side! Ahahaha, I’ll just have to practice drawing hands more. (*^-^*)
