Recipe to prepare scrambled eggs with salmon and bread: beat slightly 4 eggs in a bowl. Add a piece of butter to a cooking pot prepared for a bain-marie and add the eggs. Cook them for two or three minutes (you have to control the process and stir continually) and, after that, shift the pot out of the stove. Add a little bit of cutted chieves, another piece of butter and a spoon of crême fraîche. Mixt it.

Cut a slice of bread (it's better to use toasted bread served with olive oil and a pinch of salt on it) and put on it some slices of smoked salmon. Finally, serve the dish with the scrambled eggs and eat it!
