He passed on yesterday.

I hadn't had Pete very long, my mother adopted him as an older cat.
He was the crankiest, touchiest, butt face of a cat I've ever owned.
However, he could be very sweet too and he liked to curl up in laps.

He's the only declawed cat I've ever known, and playing with him was depressingly hilarious.
Pete only like to be pet on the top of his head and if you were to pet him anywhere else, he'd slap you.
