[H]istory: Kenta lost his mother as a child, and his father hated him, blaming him for killing her. Kenta then moved in with his aunt, who raised him with a detachment of hatred. His aunt hated her sister who made the man they both loved marry her, and treated Kenta with not so much respect. His father left to marry another woman, so Kenta was alone with no money and nothing to cherish. He remembered his mother though, and kept his promise with her to always be happy.

He always admired bass guitar players, because their fingers seemed like magic, making sounds out of a metal string. He bought his own guitar, and wrote his own music with a un-nerving fiery passion and frustration in the solitary dark of his room, while outside his prison, his smile swooned the most up-tight woman.

When his aunt gave birth to a little girl however, he immediately latched onto her, and vice versa. With her, he finally had some sort of inclination as to what family felt like, and he cherished every moment. Much to her mother's chagrin, the little girl adored her older cousin (but more of a brother than anything). The two were inseparable, and Kenta can't resist doting and spoiling her to a rather dangerous degree (aka he has a little sister complex).

He entered the idol business with little reluctance (other than you know his little imouto-chan), and set out to make his name famous. He wanted to have his father regret abandoning him when Kenta is successful, and loved by everyone around him. He switched from his father's William to his mother's Matsuna, treasuring his mother's surname much more. He's rather good at pretending and lying through his teeth, although he's trying to dispel that habit.
