Depends on the locale of the game, it can range between ~$12 to $18 per month. I think what you saw was $12/ month for 6 months, cheaper as you pay more upfront

Wow, this is amazing. Just a random sketch or is this your FFXIV character? And I'll be getting into it after I play the other games in the series. Hopefully I'll have the money to get them all soon

This is my XIV character. The other series are single player with the exception of XI and this so the experience is going to be different there

I haven't had the chance to play the reboot. I had issues with the first one (been so long I really can't remember them anymore), so I am curious how much the game play experience has improved.

Probably won't have time to play for a little while, but I would still like to know.

It's a lot better compared to first release. A very traditional style MMO, nothing particularly new when it comes to mechanics but its still quite good

The reboot made the game a lot more playable - of course there are still minor issues in the game but it's a lot more enjoyable compared to 1.0.
