Finished: [link]Here are the lines for my kingdom hearts version of sasuke of naruto fame. I made his chidori into a couple of wings to give him more of a sephiroth-esque appearance. The emblem on his pants is a combination of the uchiha clan and the sharingan symbol. The colors are coming soon, hope you guys like them.

I shouldnt really complain about it but since Sasuke can indeed have a wing i'd have prefered the chidori-wing to look more like a giant hand like Sasuke's wing. Other than that, pretty much flawless. You do the lineart on photoshop right?

Yeah i thought about the hand wing stuff, but ultimately i remembered that they looked gross and ugly, so i went with a more KH wing style. Yeah i did the lines in photoshop, the initial sketch was in pen though, all of my KH conversion are sketched in in a bic ballpoint pen then scanned in to be inked in colored.

how do you get the lines so smooth though? I do my lines in PDN so i can use the line tool which makes great lines. I cant do smooth nonblurry lines because i have neither a line tool nor a path tool in my photoshop program.

I do all my lines freehand with my tablet in photoshop. I cant stand the damn pen tool, takes way too long, and im not entirely if i really know how to use it XD.

lol pen tool = pain in my ass holes. Im officially convinced that really good artists have to have either a surgeons hand or an immense amount of patients! My hands shake a lot so i have to constantly draw over lines and i just get annoyed in impatient. Then i start rushing and the whole image turns out like crap.

Dont be discouraged, i have a very unsteady hand. One point of these pictures if to work on getting smoother lines, i want lines that look like they were done with a pen tool. Look at my oldfer sketches, i still sketch like that, my hand goes everywhere XD.

lol discouraged? me? naaah thats only when i see risachan's stuff...my jaw drops and it just makes me wanna throw out my drawings and sit in a corner. I know my weaknesses and i basically "cheat" in art to get over them...case and point, me using the line tool in Paint. NET for lineart instead of doing it by my own hand

Well i think none of the characters ive drawn so far are exactly easy to picture as KH characters, but i somehow find a way t do it XD.
