No....it was the other way around. I personally voted for more Africa, but I don't mind the outcome thus far. Chakra is a great comic, and as long as it's been running, it deserves plenty of attention too.

Well... this can go one of two ways. Either Kafil is going to need "saved" and make it all look like an accident when Abasi dies, OR, Kafil is actually going to attack Chui and betray him in order to prove he's strong enough to protect the herd. The latter is more likely, but what are the odds of a single leopard standing any real chance against two full grown stallions... leopards aren't that powerful alone, their bite force is considerably weaker than say, a cheetah's. Leopards also don't have speed on their side either, this is why leopards strangle their prey rather than doing what most other big cats do, because they're simply not powerful enough to latch onto prey like lions can, I don't think their bite is strong enough to break a zebra's leg either unless it's standing still... If Kafil was smart he'd try to prove Abasi wrong, but Kafil will likely just kill him instead, and likely do a sloppy job of it to.
Abasi is an ass, but I get it... Kafil is naive and young, he'd rather put the entire herd at risk to get what he wants for himself than to simply wait until he's older and more mature. Abasi is probably Kafil's father (I'd assume) and he can likely see through the kid, his ego and his impatience... Abasi is hard on Kafil because he's supposed to be the next leader, he can't take over as immature as he is now and Abasi is trying to make sure he knows his place as of now, but also knows what to do and how to manage situations for his future role. It's like a tough love parenting style, and, while it serves to be Abasi's downfall... it's understandable in their conditions. Abasi could die any day, he needs Kafil to be ready and Kafil is just immature and headstrong.

Guys! Let's let the power of friendship solve this little misunderstanding. Then, all the animals can sing a major production number.

I think the male leader is being too harsh on Kafil. He got the herd to safety, just like he wanted! But that leader is never happy. I'm starting to dislike him very much. If he was nicer, maybe Kafil wouldn't feel the need to be leader himself. And, why do people even dislike Kafil? He's an animal. Of course he'd take chance and flirt with the mares when he can. They're not like humans. And Abasi (?) has shouted in his face so many times, I'd be pretty pissed too if I was treated like trash.

I was sitting here thinking "Well, in the event they did stomp him to death he could probably at least break one of their legs" but then I got to looking at the bite force of big cats and leopards have a remarkably weak one LOL

Jaguars have the strongest bite of any big cat, and are amongst the strongest of all mammals (definitely within the top 10!)
it's kind of scary just how powerful those cats are LOL

Yeah! At first it's easy to mistake leopards and jaguars for the other, but when looking closer at them, there are some notable differences, such as jaguars having much smaller eyes in comparison to leopards, as well as the jaguar's huge, thick rings with smaller spots in them, compared to a leopard's simple small rosettes without spots in them. Plus, I think jaguars are probably bigger than leopards. Plus, jaguars live in America while leopards live in Africa (and Asia, I guess).
Which reminds me, margays and ozelots (ocelots?) look almost identical to each other, but I remember a point where I could identify either without a problem. I think ocelots have bigger and longer faces while margays have smaller muzzles, maybe even slightly larger eyes.
I also like how different siberian tigers look from bengal tigers. Overall, they just look like normal tigers, but siberians are obviously much larger and with thicker fur and smaller eyes than the sleeker, shorter furred bengal ones.
I like comparing two different animals that look the same to each other, as you can see

Technically, leopards are one of the smallest big cats, so they do lack some strength, but I do remember someone saying that they were basically running chainsaws. Guess it's less about the biting power and more about who can last longest.

Poor leopards rank pretty low.

That chart measures the bite force quotient, which is the sum of the bite force in newtons divided by the animal' weight in kilograms. It doesn't take into account what an animal's jaws can actually do in real world damage.
Ie; a spotted hyena can crush cape buffalo bones in her incredibly powerful jaws, but she ranks lower than a spotted tail quoll, a house cat sized marsupial, because of the body weight difference according to the above linked chart.
A leopard's BFQ may rank lower by this scale, but that does not equate to a weak bite.

By no means is it an overall weak bite - they could probably crush any of our bones with ease. But for big cats, they still have quite a weak bite. If you measure by PSI (which still isn't all too accurate but it does account for the actual pressure going into the bite) then I think it's lions and maybe cheetahs (i don't recall theirs atm) that are weaker, still.
Is a leopard's bite strong enough to crush a zebra's leg, though? If they can get a good hold, probably. I don't think it'd be easy for them though lol

Regardless what happens, Paa will be a witness but he'll be too scared to say anything, (or Kafil or Chui threatens him into silence), which is where my guess comes in that he'll eventually seek help from Africa herself, or they simultaneously agree to aid each other in taking Chui and probably also Kafil down.
Well we'll see XD
