First of all, thanks for the comment.
I guess she's already a tree rather than in the process of becoming why, and in general, I try to stay away from drawing nipples or overly detailed private parts to stay away from completely full frontal mature nudity. (Not that it matters much.)
The left arm isn't supporting the breast, but is actually putting the arm on the right shoulder, right next to the neck.

First off, where are her nipples??? Since she is only in the process of becoming a tree it would make sense if she had nipples.
Secondly, the arm across her breasts looks like it should be covering or supporting them in some way, however, her arm has been placed to high up for that effect to be achieved. Assuming that that was the effect you were after.
Pretty decent otherwise.
