2, and 3, is a tie for me. Crystal Prep's look just doesn't work for Twilight.

Personally, I think her middle outfit from the Dance/Movie/Mirror Magic specials is her best outfit, but I love her hair from newest incarnation. If they mixed and matched the two, having her wear her second outfit with her newest hairstyle, she'd probably be perfect.
Her newest outfit, much like Sunset's, is her worst outfit. The skirt seems a bit too... busy with the numerous smaller cutie marks, and that striped shirt just doesn't look right on her (honestly, I'm not a fan of most striped garments, but that's just me). The bow tie is about the one thing I think they did right on the newest outfit.
