Very good, but the skin needs some texture for it to be really realistic.

Try a layer in photoshop, put some monochrome noise on it. Then run an emboss filter and adjust the blend mode to blend it in. A layer mask will let you have the effect on just the skin.

It is pretty realistic but it doesn't like Yvonne too much. I think that mouth an nose are wrong somehow, eyes are pretty much close to original. Don't get me wrong it is pretty and clean painting and you put a lot of time in it but some proportions are wrong.

Yes, you're right. I'm not yet confortable with handling brushes. This is my third attempt.

Just keep practicing and everything is going to get to right place. My first attempts were much worse than yours
