Another VHR horse, but not one of my own. I plan to auction this one off. If you are a member of VHR, and are interested, I will have a post on the game forum very soon. If you have interest in using this, or another VHR horse somewhere else, ask me. I have stayed up all night working on this. It is now morning. Well they aren't mine. A friend got a horse a couple months ago (Arab/Saddlebred) and the old place she stabled would let me ride, she is checking with the new one to see if it's ok. I even offered to come in on Saturdays and help work! I'll be going out there with her tomorrow so I should have some picture on Saturday.

Oh, that would be so much fun! I've got a friend who has a horse, but she has pretty serious health problems and is rarely feeling up to riding. What a great opportunity! Especially if you plan to get a horse later in life.

Good luck on that! And happy house hunting. They sure are rising in price. There's a lot of older homes in Riverton that are going up for sale, that sit on bigger chunks of land. I hate to see what's going to become of them after they sell.

Yeah. Land and homes are just insane in price. It's why I'm renting . . . I have no idea how I will ever afford a house at this point. It's a little bit depressing! Oh, well. Something will work out and some time. Hope it works out well for you.

Guess that's why houses just keep getting bigger! I work in construction, so I see a lot of what people are doing now, at least in the building aspect. The homes in these newer neighborhoods are just something else! I don't pretend to be any expert on real estate, but from what I understand, a lot of the cities between Draper and Provo are lower in price, and also south of Orem. I hope you find something awesome! (Cause if you can, someday I can too!)
