I wanted to fill out an example of this meme, both to do it myself and to give inspiration in case anyone was confused by my wording. x3

My newer style is definitely a lot more fluid, and I think I have a much better understanding of anatomy and balance. I had to reference images of the first time I drew a Fornlee (for a DTA) to even remember how I used to draw them, though! :'D
I also kept the lines black on the old style, since I did only use them for a while. I switched to dark coloured lines on most characters a while ago.

Overall, replicating my old style was fun, but it was a lot more challenging than I remember. I think it's just a bit easier than referencing other peoples' styles (since I had drawn that way at one point--it was just some time ago, and it felt pretty unnatural doing it now xD).
