Oh yeah. She's had MPD since day one. There were decent stories in the beginning, but after John Byrne and Jim Lee left the book her twin was the only member of the team that didn't fade away.

I don't know if it's a design issue or not, honestly. It seems to depend on who's on art duties. It's most often "not" these days, alas.
