Hey I'm happy for him, its about time no offense to Glen that someone else get to step up and try their hands. Glen is an amazing artist but he's held himself back by staying with Disney for quite so long. I'm shocked he didn't leave sooner, or come and go, you know more often. I think its time for another generation of Animators to step forward, hopefully ones that will stop making a freaking overly skinny girl every time. Glen never once changed that that I ever saw, every woman he ever drew its the same. Over and over again, as far as the basics.
He's a good artist don't get me wrong but i"d like to see if he can do more than what he's known for at Disney, I love the characters he was a part of but there are things I dislike greatly about their appearances. I mean honestly Rapunzel should have been chubby not utterly fat but chubby atleast since she spent so much time in the tower.
There she was skinny as could be, I love her character but I would have enjoyed seeing a different look as far as waist lines went.

Yeah, I highly doubt it was because of there being bad blood between him and the people currently in charge. I mean, he loved working with the company.
