Description The tree griffon. Not my idea in general, simply some of the concept. It belongs to the Avimustelids, a speculative branch of monotremes a fellow deviant had designed.
This little arboreal predator is about the size of a stone marten and as typical for his family he has a very sharp beak.

But....but the platypus bill is not even similar to a birds beak in skeletal structure so how could it evolve like this?
