Critique? Let's see how I do:
The anatomy and musculature look basically right, and she looks like she could actually wield a two-hander effectively. However, her face seems a bit lopsided. The position of her right hand is somewhat awkward. And her horns should probably be wider at the base.
I like how you rendered her hair and the eye-glow.
