Ya, I just wanted to post on a dev with more than a single design - but all of yours are very inspiring!

I'd actually like to use parts of your designs as reference for my own, if that's okay? With a link-back to yours for concept credit!

so long as I get credit for the orignal's I couldn't be more honored. besides I've been trying to breath life into these things for years. thus far I've got some fairly good concept stuff spawned from it. hope you don't mind some crituqes when you post em. hehe sides I'm crious to see what you have in mind. go right ahead.

as do I. and for the past 20 years now since 1997 I've been collecting concept art and pictures I have permissions to use for the art of the book I wrote and still working on the re-write on the book to add more details. and yet to get the ending done but I wanted the second to last chapter be the chase scene that spans the entire book. the ships I create are for the future star wars like universe that's in that dragon civil war book. with you help maybe more of that creation will be brought to life.

I guess we'll have to see what develops then won't we!
Although, I do have a few projects in the works - I do try to share my time as evenly as possible between them, so..
Although, we may be able to meld some of our ideas together and hopefully get a useable result!

I'll go ahead and do an image to show the basic concepts of what I mentioned on your other designs, and a quick model to show what features got transferred to what parts, along with annotations for details.

thanks you got that to be honest I was afraid that the interceptor looked too much like the protoss perosnal fighter which the wings are almost an exact rip from. I wanted to use the main shape for the ship

to be honest I plan to sell some of these (once more refined in 3-D) granted I can't sell the ones that are very close to something that exist but that's the whole idea of all my work. the old adage "there are no new stories just old ones retold" in this case "there is no new sci-fi just bits from good stuff mixed together like a remix song. thus reinvigorated"
